A free, bilingual career-guidance platform by Global University that combines DISC, RIASEC and an HBDI-inspired thinking-style assessment to help students discover the major that matches their strengths.

You complete a 15-minute DISC + RIASEC scan and a deeper HBDI-inspired questionnaire. Tamakkan synthesizes the results into your thinking-style profile and a shortlist of matching majors and careers.
F·03Is Tamakkan free to use?+
Yes. Students take the assessment for free. Schools and counselors access advisor dashboards and follow-up tools through the Crew portal.

English, Arabic and French, so learners across Lebanon and the MENA region can answer in the language they’re most comfortable with.
