Terms of Service
Using Tamakkan
Tamakkan provides academic and career-guidance assessments that combine DISC, RIASEC, and HBDI-inspired thinking-style insights. The service is designed for student reflection, advisor support, and educational planning.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for protecting any login access connected to your email. HBDI access, crew portals, and administrative capabilities may be limited to authorized users.
Assessment Results
Results are guidance tools, not medical, psychological, legal, employment, or admissions decisions. Tamakkan recommendations should be reviewed alongside human advising, personal goals, academic requirements, and institutional criteria.
Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false, automated, or abusive assessment responses.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, row-level security, rate limits, or crew-role controls.
- Do not scrape, resell, frame, or redistribute Tamakkan content or result visualizations without written permission.
- Do not use Tamakkan results to discriminate, harass, or make harmful decisions about another person.
Shared Result Links
If you enable a shared result link, anyone with the link may view the non-PII result summary exposed on that page. Keep links private if you do not want others to view your scores, dominant profile, or major recommendations.
Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or improve Tamakkan features as the platform evolves. We may also update these terms, and the updated date on this page will reflect the latest version.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamakkan and Global University are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, assessment interpretation, or inability to access the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
